Being a student, very easily we get scared when our friends tell you that it's a very difficult topic dude!
It's just not getting into my brain!
It's better I skip this chapter for the exam!
I will just do only an overview of this chapter!
It's going bouncer! I can't do it! I will forget other topics if i do this one?

These are the many questions which surround us when we come across a really scary topic on which even after investing a heavy time and brain, we still don't get the required clarity and understanding.
Yes, it's true. Certain topics are so scary and difficult that we hardly understand anything out of it. Even after investing ample time with patience we are not able to perform better when assessed on a regular basis. And eventually, a learner just learns the attitude of giving up without giving it another try.
One needs to have a strong will power and determination towards our objective. Challenges are many but it is only through our hard work and extra effort that we can overcome it. Nothing in life is easy but it is only our skill that can make things easy.
REASONS FOR DEVELOPING A PERSPECTIVE THOUGHT FOR A PARTICULAR TOPIC:
STEREOTYPICAL BELIEF:
A past heard talk from some of your seniors or from social networks creates a typical belief which becomes a generalized statement which can or cannot be true. This enhances our fear to a greater extent ultimately pulling us apart from the actual scenario.
PEER FEAR:
Before we actually start any new topic, the fast and smart learners of our class create a fear in us by saying that so and so chapter or topic is very very difficult but highly important too, thereby creating a fear in us towards a particular topic.
LACK OF INTEREST:
Lack of interest is the biggest reason in any academic course. If you don't have a bent or liking for a particular subject, then it's quite likely that we won't put your much interest in doing it perfectly.
POOR CONCENTRATION:
Many times even after having love for the subject but lack of proper concentration in doing it perfectly creates more confusion than clarity thereby making the topic difficult.

Learners easily give - up a particular topic when they don't understand or find the chapter interesting and easy.
