As our country celebrates its 73rd Republic day on the 26th of January 2022, let's renew our mind, brain and approach towards our life and people around us. Being born in a secular, multicultural and multilingual country, it's a proud moment for us to be a responsible citizen of our mother INDIA. Since 1950, every year January 26 has been celebrated as Republic Day in India. It was on this day in 1950 that the Indian Constitution came into existence.
The constitution of India is a huge document which lays down procedures, powers, duties, fundamental rights and directive principles of Government of India & Indian citizens. The governing principle of the Indian Constitution is “of the people, for the people and by the people”, which signifies that the power is vested in the hands of the citizens of India.
On this auspicious day, let us pledge to serve our country better by being a better citizen with a clear heart, broad mission and brighter vision.
Greet without Ignoring
Greeting is one of the basic functions of communication as it triggers positive conversations. It helps us connect to people at a more personal level. A simple hello can make friends of two strangers, it can bring a smile to someone who is alone. A simple hello can change how we feel about a person, place and ourselves. Greeting can be so powerful that it can even turn your frown into a smile and drastically put you in a good mood. Since our childhood we have been habituated with the discipline of saying Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening,Good Night, Happy Birthday and so on. This discipline has a positive impact on the wellbeing of an individual. So remember to greet one another and spread joy to everyone.
Love without Hating
Scientific studies have shown that being in love causes our body to release feel-good hormones and neuro-chemicals that trigger specific, positive reactions. We love our children, relatives and friends, and want to be with them, and that makes our lives more meaningful. Love is that one factor which makes our life content and peaceful. It keeps us away from all the negative vibes our surrounding might hold and brings us near to peaceful life. Love has the power to convert every form of disturbances into a healthy conversation thereby building good and strong relationships. So remember to be loving and caring towards every citizen.
Respect without Disdain
Respect is something which every individual looks up to. Nobody wants to work in an ambience which is discouraging and against their dignity. We all are worthy to be a part of each other's life. Individuals' worth should not be based on the attire one wears, the type of work one does or by the financial status. But by the maturity of our head, heart and hand. Pay due respect to every citizen irrespective of their age, qualification, designation and profession. Respecting every individual for the unique kind of work they do adds to the pride of a person.
Learn without Pain
Our life teaches us a variety of lessons every moment. But it is on the individual how he or she considers this. Acceptance and rejections towards a particular learning decides our future and shapes it for a brighter vision. Be it learning from nature, be it learning from our parents, be it learning from our friends and siblings etc, every learning has its own unique meaning when considered in a positive way. Learning should always be enjoyable, fun and cheerful. Learning should always be change oriented. Learning should always be towards acceptance of facts and not just mere knowledge of the facts. Learning should induce social relationships, build a better individual in you who can shape our country well. So, Enjoy every moment of your learning, be devoted, dedicated and determined towards accomplishing your dreams.
Enjoy without Abstaining
Life without enjoyment is similar to food without salt. If you go through life saying achievement, achievement, achievement, without enjoyment, the value of life goes away. Those who enjoy life the most are three times more likely to live a little longer than those who enjoy it the least. Most of us have a tendency of abstaining from most of the things in our life in order to be successful in our goal. Abstaining from a particular activity or event or gathering or get together to a greater extent affects the inner self of a man. The person starts feeling lonely and left out. Enjoy life as it comes and be cheerful always.
Practice without Procrastinating
A “Practice” in the broad sense is simply an activity that we repeat regularly. We are practicing all the time, whether we know it or not. Efficient and deliberate practice methods not only help us to learn faster but also help to keep us motivated. The more efficient we are with your practice time, the more focused our sessions will be , the more quickly we will learn, the faster we will excel in our work. On the other hand Procrastination is the term used for delaying or postponing the task undertaken by a few more days. And ultimately leading to a huge pile of backlogs of work on our head and unrest and disturbance. So it's wise to practice and finish our task on a daily basis or as per the deadline instead of pushing it more forward by more days, more weeks, more months, more years etc.
Prosper without Waning
Prosperity enables an individual to gain meaningful employment, pursue the opportunities they desire, lead productive lives, and build a better future for their families and friends. Prosperity should be everyone's goal. Being prosperous means you have a life worth living. Do not wane in the hurdles and challenges of life but give your best to face it strong and be successful and sustainable.
So let us all pledge this to ourselves so that we create a better and incredible India . Let's pledge to protect our Constitution and join our hands in building a proud India which our future generations will be proud of.
'India is my country. All Indians are my brothers and sisters'... Let us all unite together and make our country proud. Make INDIA 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 proud.
Happy Learning!!
Happy Republic Day!!
